What is a neo-agency?

By Adrien

People ask us all the time, so let’s set the record straight.

A human-scale agency, not a quote machine

A neo-agency is first of all a short structure. No project manager handing off to an account director handing off to a creative who has never heard your voice. You talk to the people who actually do the work.

The direct result is reactivity. At the scale of a company, every delay is a threat to the project. Answering fast isn’t a bonus, it’s the job.

The opposite bet from the classic model

Plenty of vendors build their profit on dependence: lock-in contracts, proprietary tools, knowledge kept nicely under wraps. We made the opposite bet. We give everything away, including what will one day let you do without us.

If a client absorbs what we taught them and sails off on their own, that’s not a lost client. It’s proof it worked. And when the seas get rougher, they know where to find us.

Concretely, at Brand Architect

We always start with a conversation, never with a quote. We draw the plans before laying the first stone. And we stay reachable after delivery, because a brand is a living thing.

That’s it. That’s a neo-agency. Ours, at least.
